Here we explain transparently what data we collect when you buy from “Bakry Keys”, why we collect it, how we protect it, and your rights regarding it.

- Order details: Name, email, and phone or WhatsApp number (optional) — to send the order confirmation and delivery details.
- Activation email: When you buy a product activated on your email, we use the email you enter only to activate the subscription.
- Proof of payment: A photo of the transfer receipt and the wallet or account number you transferred from — to verify payment.
- Account details: When you create an account, we save your details and order history so you can follow them from “My account”.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited — to protect the store and improve the experience.

How we use your data
- Processing your order, delivering the product (code / account / activation) and sending usage instructions.
- Contacting you about your order or any activation or warranty issue.
- Verifying payments and preventing fraud and duplicate orders.
- Improving the store and showing prices in your country’s currency.
- We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and we do not send marketing messages unless you agree to them.

Payments
- Payment is made by transfer via e-wallets, InstaPay, Binance and bank transfer, or via trusted payment gateways.
- We never see or store your bank card details، card details are processed directly by the payment provider.
- Receipt images are used only to verify payment and are seen only by the store team.

- Essential: Shopping cart, login and form protection.
- Preferences: Currency, language, theme (light / dark) and wishlist.
- Analytics: Google Analytics to understand site usage in an aggregated and as anonymous as possible way.

- Access to order data is limited to the store team.
- We review security settings regularly and keep our systems up to date.
We may update this policy from time to time, and the last updated date will appear at the top of the page. Continuing to use the store means you accept the updated policy.
